Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded Human brain tissue using ab108319 at 1/100
Immunohistochemical analysis of brain tissue from sedentary (SED) or exercised rats (EX), staining BDNF with ab108319. Antigen retrieval was performed by enzymatic method at room temperature. Tissue was permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100 and blocked with 10% goat serum. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/100) for 3 days at 3°C. An AlexaFluor®568-conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG (1/1500) was used as the secondary antibody.
