Anti-Biglycan antibody (ab58562) at 0.1 µg/ml + Rat Skin lysate (35µg protein in RIPA buffer).
ab58562 staining Biglycan in mouse skeletal muscle tissue sections by IHC-Fr (frozen sections). Tissue was fixed with acetone and blocked with 2% BSA for 1 hour at 25°C. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/250 in PBS with 1% BSA) for 12 hours at 4°C. An Alexa Fluor®594-conjugated donkey anti-goat IgG polyclonal was used as the secondary antibody.See Abreview
