ab56645 staining BMP11 in HeLa cells by ICC/IF (Immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence). Cells were fixed with paraformaldehyde, permeabilized with 1% BSA + 0.2% Triton X-100 in PBS and blocked with 10% serum for 30 minutes at room temperature. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (diluted in 1.5% Goat serum + 1% BSA + 0.2% Triton X-100 in PBS) for 12 hours at 4°C.
