ab77556 staining BOC in Human smotth muscle cells by Immunohistochemistry (IHC-P - paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin-embedded sections). Tissue was fixed with formaldehyde and blocked with 100% antibody diluent for 30 minutes at room temperature; antigen retrieval was with Proteinase K + Citrate Buffer pH 6. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/200) for 12 hours at 4°C. An undiluted HRP-conjugated Mouse anti-goat monocloanl was used as the secondary antibody.See Abreview
