![Sensitivity to EDTA. Serum samples with (dark blue) and w/o (light blue) Ca2+ ions were tested by two two-site combinations of anti-CRP MAbs. Ab10028 [C4] is sensitive to the conformational changes of CRP molecule and thus the assay gives no signal in the presence of EDTA.
