Detection of Mouse Chitinase 3‑like 3/ECF‑L by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of mouse bone marrow tissue. PVDF membrane was probed with 0.5 µg/mL of Rat Anti-Mouse Chitinase 3‑like 3/ECF‑L Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB2446) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Rat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF005 ). A specific band was detected for Chitinase 3‑like 3/ECF‑L at approximately 45 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1 .
Detection of Mouse YM1/Chitinase 3‑like 3 by Simple Western TM . Simple Western lane view shows lysates of mouse bone marrow, loaded at 0.2 mg/mL. A specific band was detected for YM1/Chitinase 3‑like 3 at approximately 49 kDa (as indicated) using 2.5 µg/mL of Goat Anti-Mouse YM1/Chitinase 3‑like 3 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF2446) followed by 1:50 dilution of HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF109 ). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using the 12-230 kDa separation system.
