ab90181 staining C1QB in Rat brain tissue by ICC/IF (Immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence). Cells were fixed with paraformaldehyde, permeabilized with Tween 29 and blocked with 2% BSA for 20 minutes at 21°C. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/600 in PBS-T) for 12 hours.
