Detection of Human S100A16 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of Nalm‑6 human Pre‑B acute lymphocytic leukemia cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Sheep Anti-Human S100A16 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF5180) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF016). A specific band was detected for S100A16 at approximately 10 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 8.
S100A16 in Human Brain. S100A16 was detected in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human brain (cortex) using 10 µg/mL Sheep Anti-Human S100A16 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF5180) overnight at 4 °C.
