ab80320 staining Cadherin 16 human kidney cells (RPTEC/TERT1) by Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence.Cells were fixed in methanol, blocked using 5 % BSA, 1 % Triton X-100 for 1 hour at 25°C and then incubated with ab80320 at a 1/100 dilution for 14 hours at 4°C.
