Western Blot of wild type mouse brain homogenate with ab3673 used at 1/6000. Please note that this image was assembled from two different blots. (The numbers on the scale correspond to kD).
All lanes : Anti-Calcineurin A antibody (ab3673) at 1/200 dilutionLane 1 : Brain (Mouse) Tissue Lysate Lane 2 : Brain (Rat) Tissue Lysate Lysates/proteins at 10 µg per lane.SecondaryGoat polyclonal to Rabbit IgG - H&L - Pre-Adsorbed (HRP) at 1/3000 dilutionObserved band size : 62 kDa (why is the actual band size different from the predicted?)

Immunofluorescence analysis of rat dissociated hippocampal cells, staining Calcineurin A with ab3673. Cells were fixed with paraformaldehyde, permeabilized with 0.25% Triton X-100 and blocked with 10% normal goat serum for 1 hour at 23°C. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/500 in 2% normal goat serum) for 1 hour at 23°C. An AlexaFluor®488-conjugated goat anti-rabbit polyclonal IgG (1/1000) was used as the secondary antibody. See Abreview
