Detection of Human C1qTNF15/OTOL1 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of BG01V human embryonic stem cells undifferentiated or differentiated to early otic lineage. PVDF membrane was probed with 0.25 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human C1qTNF15/OTOL1 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB8045) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF018 ). Specific bands were detected for C1qTNF15/OTOL1 at approximately 60-70 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1 .
C1qTNF15/OTOL1 in differentiated BG01V Human Embryonic Stem Cells. C1qTNF15/OTOL1 was detected in immersion fixed BG01V human embryonic stem cells differentiated to early otic lineage using Mouse Anti-Human C1qTNF15/OTOL1 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB8045) at 10 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained using the NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (red; Catalog # NL007 ) and counterstained with DAPI (blue).
