Immunofluorescence analysis of mouse superior cervical ganglion cells, staining Calcium channel L type DHPR alpha 2 subunit with ab80990. Cells were fixed with paraformaldehye, permeablized 0.5% Triton X-100 and blocked with normal chicken serum for 30 min at room temperature. Samples were incubated overnight with primary antibody (1/100 followed by incubation for 1 hour with an AlexaFluor®-conjugated anti-rabbit secondary antibody (1/500).
