ab75476 staining CD11b in mouse spleen tissue sections by Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections). Tissue was fixed with formaldehyde and a heat mediated antigen retrieval step was performed. Samples were blocked, then incubated with the primary antibody at a 1/400 dilution for 20 minutes. An undiluted HRP-conjugated goat anti-rabbit monoclonal was used as secondary antibody.See Abreview
ab75476 staining CD11b in murine bronchoalveolar lavage cells by Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence.Cells were fixed in methanol. Samples were then incubated with ab75476 at a 1/4000 dilution for 16 hours at 4°C. The secondary used was an undiluted goat anti-rabbit polyclonal conjugated to biotin. Streptavidin Alexa 488 (green)(1/500) was used to amplify the signal.See Abreview
