Anti-CD2BP2 antibody (ab136141) at 1/500 dilution + HeLa cell lysates at 30 µg
Immunofluorescence analysis of HeLa S3 cells, staining CD2BP2 (red) with ab136141. Cells were fixed with formaldehyde, permeabilized with 0.3% Triton X-100 and blocked with 5% donkey serum for 1 hour at 25°C. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/200 in 5% donkey serum in PBS) for 1 hour 30 minutes at 25°C. An undiluted Cy3®-conjugated sheep anti-rabbit polyclonal IgG was used as the secondary antibody. Nuclei were stained with To-Pro-3 (blue).See Abreview
