ab5690 staining rat spleen tissue sections by IHC-P. Sections were formaldehyde fixed and subjected to heat mediated antigen retrieval in sodium citrate buffer (10mM Sodium Citrate, 0.05% Tween 20, pH 6.0) prior to blocking in 5% normal goat serum + 1% BSA for 2 hours at 37°C. The primary antibody was diluted 1/200 and incubated with the sample for 16 hours at 4°C. A biotinylated goat anti-rabbit antibody, diluted 1/100, was used as the secondary.See Abreview
