IHC-Fr image of CD42b staining on human blood film using ab104704 (1:1000). The blood was fixed uisng paraformaldehyde and permeabilized using 0.1% TritonX in 0.1% PBS. Blocking was performed using 10 % Donkey serum for 1 hour at 24°C. The primary antibody was diluted 1:1000 using 0.1% TritonX with 0.1x PBS and 10% Donkey serum; incubated for 4 hours at 24°C.
