Immunohistochemical analysis of gastric carcinoma tissue, stainin CEACAM7 with ab26281. Antigen retrieval was performed by heat mediation in a citrate buffer (pH 6). Sections were blocked with 10% normal goat serum in PBS for 30 minutes followed by incubation overnight at 4°C with the primary antibody (1/100 in 1% BSA). Staining was detected using DAB.
