ab31824 at 1/500 staining mouse embryo tissue sections by Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections). The tissue sections were formaldehyde fixed and a heat mediated antigen retrieval step was performed prior to incubation with the antibody for 20 minutes. An HRP conjugated donkey anti-rabbit antibody was used as the secondary.See Abreview
Immunohistochemical analysis of murine inner ear tissue, staining Chd7 with ab31824. Tissue was fixed in paraformaldehyde and blocked with 5% BSA for 1 hour at room temperature. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/200) overnight at 4°C. An AlexaFluor®488-conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG (1/500) was used as the secondary antibody.
