ab57225 staining CHST11 in the 3T3-L1 (pre)adipocytes cell line by ICC/IF (Immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence). Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde for 20 minutes at room temperature, permeabilized with 0.2% Triton X-100 in PBS and blocked with 2% BSA for 30 minutes. Samples were incubated with primary antibody for 2 hours at room temperature. A fluorochrome-conjugated antibody was used as the secondary antibody. After several washes, cells were incubated with Nile-Red and Hoechst, washed with PBS and mounted.
