ab16141 staining CHX10 in Mouse E12.5 spinal cord tissue sections by Immunohistochemistry (IHC-P - paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin-embedded sections). Tissue was fixed with paraformaldehyde and blocked with 10% donkey serum + 1% BSA in PBS with 0.1% Triton X-100 for 1 hour at room temperature; antigen retrieval was by heat mediation in a 0.01M sodium-citrate buffer. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/500 in 1% BSA in PBS with 0.1% Trition X-100) for 16 hours. An Alexa Fluor® 488-conjugated Donkey anti-sheep IgG polyclonal (1/400) was used as the secondary antibody.See Abreview
