ab74579 staining Clatherin light chain in human prostate carcinoma tissue by immunohistochemistry (IHC-P - formaldehyde-fixed paraffin-embedded sections). Tissue samples were fixed with formaldehyde and blocked with 1% serum for 1 hour at 21 °C. Antigen retrieval was by heat mediation in citrate buffer (pH6).
