Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections) analysis of human uterus tissue labeling COL21A1 with ab170780. A peroxidase-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG was used as the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining.
