ab90395 staining Collagen I in porcine ligament by Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections).Tissue was fixed in paraformaldehyde and an enzymatic antigen retrieval step was performed. Samples were then blocked using 1% BSA for 30 minutes at 20°C, then incubated with ab90395 at a 1/400 dilution for 1 hour at 20°C. The secondary used was an anti-mouse polyclonal conjugated to biotin-maleimide at a 1/200 dilution.See Abreview
ab90395 staining Collagen I in Pig skin tissue sections by Immunohistochemistry (IHC-Fr - frozen sections). Tissue was fixed with formaldehyde and blocked with 5% serum for 1 hour at 20°C. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/500 in PBS, Tween 0.01% + Donkey serum 1%) for 16 hours at 4°C.
