ab6583 staining Collagen VI (red) in Bovine bone marrow stromal cells (BMSCs) and articular chondrocytes (ACs) by ICC/IF (Immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence). Sections were fixed with formalin and blocked with 5% BSA for 30 minutes. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (10 μg/ml). An Alexa Fluor®-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG was used as the secondary antibody. Decorin - green, DNA - blue.
