Anti-Connexin 40 / GJA5 antibody (ab38580) + Human placenta lysate
Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections) analysis of human lung carcinoma tissue labelling Connexin 40 / GJA5 with ab38580. A peroxidase-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG was used as the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining.
ab38580 staining Connexin 40 / GJA5 in Mouse myocyte cell by ICC/IF (Immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence). Cells were fixed with formaldehyde and blocked with 10% serum for 1 hour at 25°C. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/200 in serum) for 18 hours at 4°C.
