Immunohistochemical analysis of CTHRC1 expression in paraffin embedded, formalin fixed Human skin tissue labelled with ab135716 at 1/50 dilution. This was followed by incubation with a peroxidase conjugated secondary antibody and DAB staining.

Flow cytometric analysis of CTHRC1 expression in A375 cells labelled with ab135716 at 1/10 dilution (right histogram) compared to a negative control cell (left histogram). FITC-conjugated Goat-anti-Rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
