ab8021 staining mouse macrophages RAW 264.7 cells by ICC/IF. Cells were PFA fixed and permeabilized in PBS prior to blocking in 3% BSA for 1 hour at 20°C. The primary antibody was diluted 1/100 in PBS/0.01% Tween and incubated with the sample for 18 hours at 4°C.
