ab64714 staining CXCR3 in primary cultured HUVEC by ICC/IF (Immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence). Cells were fixed with acetone and blocked with 5% serum for 30 minutes at 24°C. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/400 in PBS + 2.5% serum) for 16 hours at 4°C.
