ab7199 staining CXCR4 in murine bone marrow by Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections).Samples were fixed in formaldehyde and an enzymatic antigen retrieval step was performed using trypsin. Samples were then blocked with 1% BSA for 30 minutes at 25°C and then incubated with ab7199 at a 1/200 dilution for 1 hour at 25°C.
