ab9383 staining Cytokeratin 10 + 13 in human urogenital tissue by Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections).Tissue was fixed in paraformaldehyde and a heat mediated antigen retrieval step was performed using sodium citrate buffer. Samples were then blocked using 5% serum for 1 hour then incubated with ab9383 at a 1/100 dilution for 2 hours at 37°C. The secondary used was a Cy3 conjugated donkey anti-mouse monoclonal used at a 1/500 dilution.See Abreview
