Immunohistochemical analysis of Human abdominal skin tissue, staining Cytokeratin 10 with ab53124.Sections were blocked with 10% normal goat serum in BSA/PBS-T for 20 minutes at room temperature. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/1000) in BSA/PBS-T overnight at 4°C. A FITC-conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG (1/100) was used as the secondary antibody.
