ab7800 was used to stain mouse prostate.
ab7800 staining Cytokeratin 14 in Human normal skin tissue sections by IHC-P (Formaldehyde-fixed, Paraffin-embedded sections). Tissue samples were fixed with formaldehyde and blocked with 10% Serum for 30 minutes at 21°C; antigen retrieval was by heat mediation in citrate buffer (pH 6). The sample was incubated with primary antibody (1/100 in PBS + 0.5% Tween-20 + 0.5% BSA)) at 21°C for 30 minutes. ![Overlay histogram showing A431 cells stained with ab7800 (red line). The cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde (10 min) and then permeabilized with 0.1% PBS-Triton for 20 min. The cells were then incubated in 1x PBS / 10% normal goat serum / 0.3M glycine to block non-specific protein-protein interactions followed by the antibody (ab7800, 1/50 dilution) for 30 min at 22ºC. The secondary antibody used was DyLight® 488 goat anti-mouse IgG (H+L) (ab96879) at 1/500 dilution for 30 min at 22ºC. Isotype control antibody (black line) was mouse IgG3 [MG3-35] (ab18394, 2µg/1x106 cells ) used under the same conditions. Acquisition of >5,000 events was performed. Immunohistochemical analysis of mouse mammary duct tissue, staining Cytokeratin 14 (red) with ab7800. Antigen retrieval was carried out on paraffin-embedded sections by boiling in citrate buffer (pH 6) for 18 minutes in a microwave.
