ab106283, at 1/100 dilution, staining DCDC2 in formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded Human fetal testis tissue sections by immunohistochemistry.
ab106283 staining injured rat spinal cord sections by IHC-Fr. The tissue was fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde overnight and sectioned using a cryostat. The sections were permeabilized with 0.1% TritonX in 0.1% PBS and blocked with 10% donkey serum for 1h at 24°C. Staining with ab106283 at a 1/200 dilution in 0.3% TritonX with 0.1x PBS in 10% donkey serum was performed for 24h at 4°C. A donkey anti-rabbit Alexa647 polyclonal antibody was used as the secondary antibody and nuclei were stained in blue with DAPI.See Abreview
