ab3905 staining DOPA Decarboxylase in rat brain tissue sections by Immunohistochemistry (frozen sections). Tissue was paraformaldehyde fixed, then blocked with 5% serum for 1 hour at 25°C. Primary anitbody used at a 1/500 dilution and incubated for 16 hours at 25°C. The secondary was used at 1/200 goat anti-rabbit IgG conjugated to Alexa Fluor 488 (green).See Abreview
ab3905 staining DOPA Decarboxylase in mouse midbrain tissue sections by Immunohistochemistry (paraffin embedded sections). Tissue was fixed with paraformaldehyde and a heat mediated antigen retrieval step was performed using 10mM citrate buffer pH 6.0. Samples were then blocked with 1% serum for 30 minutes at 24°C followed by incubation with the primary antibody, at a 1/250 dilution, for 16 hour at 4°C. An Alexa Fluor® 488 conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG (green) was used as secondary antibody at a 1/250 dilution.See Abreview
