Flow Cytometry analysis of DRAM using ab68987.Human monocytes were fixed in paraformaldehyde and permeabilized. ab68987 was used at a 1/1000 dilution. The secondary used was an Alexa-Fluor 488 conjugated chicken anti-rabbit IgG (H+L) polyclonal, used at a 1/2000 dilution.
ab68987 staining DRAM in human monocytes by Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence.Cells were fixed, permeabilize, blocked with 2% BSA for 1 hour at 25°C and then incubated with ab68987 at a 1/250 dilution for 4 hours at 25°C. The secondary used was an Alexa-Fluor 488 conjugated chicken anti-rabbit IgG (H+L) used at a 1/1000 dilution.See Abreview
ab68987 staining DRAM in Mouse RAW 264.7 cells by ICC/IF (Immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence). Cells were fixed with paraformaldehyde, permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100 in 2% BSA and blocked with 2% Milk for 1 hour at 22°C. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/500 in PBS + 2% BSA) for 16 hours at 4°C. An Alexa Fluor®488-conjugated Chicken anti-rabbit IgG polyclonal (1/1000) was used as the secondary antibody. WGA = Wheat Germ Agglutinin See Abreview
Immunohistochemical analysis of Human placenta tissue, taken from patients with intrauterine growth restriction (IUGR). DRAM (green) was stained with ab68987 (1/100 dilution) overnight at 4°C. An AlexaFluor®488-conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG (1/200) was used as the secondary antibody. Nuclei were stained with DAPI (blue).
