CTIP1 expression levels are compared between several cultured cell lines. Only extracts from Jurkat cells (immortalized human T lymphocyte) and Hek293T (immortalized human embryonic kidney cell line) showed significant CTIP1 expression levels. Cell lines HeLa (human), C6 (rat glioma), MEF (mouse embryonic fibroblasts) and HDFn (neonatal human dermal fibroblasts) showed little or significantly lower CTIP1 expression levels.
