Sample experiment showing ETF levels in human liver homogenate (HLH), human liver carcinoma (HepG2) cell lysate and HeLa cell lysate. Cell lysates at varying concentrations within the working range of the assay were analyzed. It can be concluded the HLH has higher ETF content than HepG2 or HeLa cell lysates.
Gel A in Figure 3 shows an immunoprecipitation experiment using both the ETF-specific capture (Lane 2) and detector (Lane 3) antibodies used in the ETF Human ELISA Kit. The kit’s capture and detector antibodies are shown to correctly isolate both subunits of ETF from a human liver carcinoma (HepG2) lysate. The captured targets were confirmed to be ETF by mass spectrometry. Gel B shows both subunits of ETF (A and B) from the recombinant ETF protein standard included in the kit.
