Detection of GSK3 beta (pS9), using ab119628 on NIH3T3 cells treated with varying concentrations of UCN-01, then stimulated with insulin.
As shown, using the GSK3β assay kits or Western blot, GSK3β phosphorylation at Ser9 is detected in insulin-treated MCF7 cells (+), compared with cells treated with UCN-01(-), whereas no change in total GSK3β levels was observed.
