<B>Immunoblotting</B><BR/>Rabbit Anti-GbetaL Antibody, Affinity Purified: <B>Cat. No. PLA0131</B>: Detection of Human GbetaL by Western Blot of Immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified Rabbit Anti-GbetaL Antibody (<B>Cat. No. PLA0131</B>) used for immunoprecipitation at 3 μg/mg lysate (B). GbetaL was also immunoprecipitated using Rabbit Anti-GbetaL Antibody that recognizes a different epitope at 3 μg/mg lysate. GbetaL in immunoprecipitates was blotted using Antibody at 1 μg/mL. Rictor in GbetaL immunoprecipitates was blotted using a mixture of Rabbit Anti-Rictor Antibodies, recognizing different epitopes, each at 1 μg/mL. Detection: Chemiluminescence with exposure times of 10 seconds to 3 minutes.
