Samples: Whole cell lysate (50 μg for WCL lanes; 1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from asynchronous HeLa cells that were either mock treated or treated with neocarzinostatin (NCS; 200 ng/mL, 30 minutes). Antibodies: Affinity purified Rabbit Anti-phospho KAP-1 (S824) Antibody <B>PLA0140</B> used for WB at 0.1 μg/mL. KAP-1 was immunoprecipitated using Rabbit Anti-KAP-1 Antibody <B>PLA0078</B> at 6 μg/mg lysate. To examine total KAP-1, the blot was stripped and then blotted with <B>PLA0078</B> at 1 μg/mL. Detection: Chemiluminescence with exposure times of 30 seconds (upper panel) and 1 second (lower panel).

Phospho KAP-1 (S824) was also immunoprecipitated by Rabbit Anti-KAP-1 Antibody <B>PLA0078</B>. For blotting immunoprecipitated Phospho KAP-1 (S824), <B>PLA0140</B> was used at 0.2 μg/mL. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.
