Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP; 20% of IP loaded) from 293T cells treated with either 100 μM etoposide for 2 hours (+) or mock treated (-) cells. Antibodies: RPA32 was immunoprecipated using Rabbit Anti-RPA32 antibody <B>Cat. No. PLA0070</B>. Following immunoprecipitation, the product of the IP reaction was either mock treated (-) or treated with phosphatases (+). Affinity purified Rabbit Anti-phospho RPA32 (S4/S8) antibody <B>Cat. No. PLA0071</B> was used for WB at 1 mcg/mL. To examine total RPA32, the blot was stripped and probed with Rabbit Anti-RPA32 antibody <B>PLA0070</B>. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes (upper panel) and 3 seconds (lower panel).
