Ten individual healthy donors were evaluated for the presence of IL-7 in serum using this assay. Results were interpolated from the standard curve in Sample Diluent 75BP and corrected by sample dilution (20 fold). Four individuals had levels of IL-7 above the limit of detection. The mean IL-7 is 13.5 pg/mL with a range of 6.6 – 21.8 pg/mL and a standard deviation of 6.2 pg/mL. Donors # 3-7 and 9 were below the limit of detection.
