Pin1 is a nuclear protein that is expected to be at elevated levels in cancerous cells. Jurkat T-Cell lysates were run in comparison with MCF-10a cell lysates. Both cell types were normalized to contain approximately 15 µg/mL of total cellular protein, then serially di-luted and run as samples in the assay.
