Neat serum samples from 10 apparently healthy male donors (1M – 10M) and from 10 apparently healthy non-pregnant female donors (1F – 10F) were measured in triplicates using this kit. Serum samples from two pregnant female donors (11F, 32nd week of gestation; 12F, 22nd week of gestation) were measured in 3 different dilutions in duplicates using this kit. Interpolated data values corrected for sample dilution are graphed in ng of Prolactin per mL of serum (mean +/- SD, n=3). The mean of Prolactin concentration of these ten male serum samples was determined to be 2.10 ng /mL with a range of 1.42 – 2.66 ng /mL. The mean of Prolactin concentration of these ten non-pregnant female serum samples was determined to be 3.10 ng /mL with a range of 1.08 – 4.75 ng /mL.
