ΔmOD/min read at 600 nm. Data point taken at a cell protein concentration of 62.5 µg/mL. Mouse NIH-3T3 and rat liver H4IIE cells show no response in this assay.
Human SOD1 and SOD2 proteins at a concentration of 6.25 ng/mL were analyzed using this kit, only SOD1 showed significant response.
