Ten individual healthy male donors were evaluated for the presence of VEGF Receptor 2 in serum using this assay. Results were interpolated from the standard curve in Sample Diluent 75BP and corrected by sample dilution (1:10). The mean level of VEGF Receptor 2 is 16.94 ng/mL with a range of 11.83 – 23.20 ng/mL and a standard deviation of 3.34 ng/mL.
