Analysis of extracts (1000 ug/mL), prepared from Jurkat cells treated for 6 hours with 1 uM Staurosporine or mock-treated (Vehicle), with the use of this kit. The data show that the Staurosporine treatment decreased BAP31 levels to 40%.
