Description Potent irreversible α V β 3 integrin antagonist (K i = 0.27 nM). Disrupts attachment of osteoclasts to bone and inhibits bone reabsorption (IC 50 = 0.1 nM). Prevents ADP-induced platelet aggregation via inhibition of glycoprotein IIb/IIIa (GpIIb/IIIa, α IIb β 3 ) receptors (IC 50 = 30 nM) in vitro .
