• Description: Selective RXR modulator (K i values are 3, 9 and 11 for RXR α , RXR β and RXR γ respectively). Displays poor binding affinity for RAR isoforms (K i values are 2746, 3516 and >10,000 nM for RAR α , RAR β and RAR γ respectively). Binding to RXR results in selective activation of RXR:PPAR γ , RXR:PPAR α and RXR:PPAR δ heterodimers.
