Reverses methylazoxymethanol acetate (MAM)-induced deficits in reversal learning memory and normalizes SDZ 220-581 and RO 63-1908 -induced alterations in instrumental responses in rat models. Promotes wakefulness in vivo . Brain penetrant and orally active.
